Halfords is hiring a part-time Breakdown Advisor for its Stafford Support Centre. The role manages commercial breakdown calls, resolves issues with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, meets SLA and KPI targets, and supports workflow and service delivery. It is a weekend-only, onsite role with Saturday and Sunday shifts, ideally 08:00–18:00, and includes training during the first 2–3 weeks. The advertised full-time-equivalent salary is £25,446 per year, or £12.71 per hour pro rata.
