Description
The employer is hiring a Troubleshooting and Maintenance Technician for a client to identify, analyze, and resolve faults in production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and control engineering areas. The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, root-cause analysis, documentation, process improvement, overhauls, and coordination with fitters, while maintaining safety, quality, and hygiene. Candidates should have MBO level 3 in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, technical understanding in those fields, Dutch language proficiency, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach. The position follows a two- or three-shift system with on-call duty every four to five weeks and offers a monthly salary of €4,250 to €4,750 plus shift allowance.
