Description
P&S Transportation is hiring a Breakdown Coordinator to handle inbound driver calls and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance between drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role includes vendor management, repair-order creation in Fleetio, OEM action-code review, repair-estimate authorization, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and communication with maintenance, operations, safety, and risk-management teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and OEM maintenance certifications; call-center, service-writer, mechanical, or transportation experience is preferred. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is an hourly role with no guaranteed career progression.
