Description
The Senior Breakdown Specialist analyzes and resolves complex breakdowns in highly automated production environments, identifies root causes, repairs mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues, and contributes to technical improvements and process optimization. The role is primarily shop-floor based, involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and includes managing technical parts and maintenance records. It requires relevant technical training, experience with automated machines and production lines, breakdown analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and Dutch and English proficiency. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€5,200, a 40-hour day-shift schedule, flexible hours, the possibility of some home work, and a permanent contract.
