The employer is hiring a Breakdown Technician to maintain automated machinery and installations across Belgium. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC controls; troubleshooting breakdowns; analyzing recurring problems; and proposing improvements. The technician works on long-term outsourcing projects in their own region, may work two shifts, and may have on-call duties. Initial experience in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is required, while a technical diploma and production experience are advantageous. The position offers an hourly wage from 18 euros, expense allowance, meal vouchers, a company car, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a positive interim period.
