The Cloud One is hiring a full-time Breakfast and Bar Assistant to support hotel breakfast and bar operations. The role combines food preparation, buffet management, kitchen porter duties, table cleaning, guest hosting, payment handling, drink preparation, shift opening and closing, inventory restocking, and hygiene and safety maintenance. Candidates should have hotel or catering experience or an apprenticeship, strong communication and hosting skills, flexibility, creativity, and a team-oriented approach.
