Description
The Bar and Breakfast Attendant will work in the bar and at breakfast from June through the end of August at Mercure Plaza République in Lyon. The role prepares and serves drinks, stocks and manages bar inventory, handles orders and payments, provides personalized guest service, maintains cleanliness and equipment, and follows HACCP, fire-safety, and environmental rules. Candidates should have bar-service knowledge, a welcoming and sales-oriented attitude, strong English, and be energetic, organized, and professional.
