The Pankratz is hiring a Breakfast Cook to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes, explain the products and their origins, and support the open kitchen. The role focuses on seasonal and regional artisanal products and requires organization, teamwork, and composure under pressure. Candidates may have cook, restaurant-service, or comparable experience, and the schedule is two to three working days between Wednesday and Saturday from 6:00 to 14:30, with an immediate or arranged start date.
