Description
The Restaurant Host at The Vanderbilt, Auberge Collection in Newport will welcome guests, handle check-ins and seating, manage reservations and in-room dining orders, coordinate guest placements, prepare station charts, maintain the host station, monitor guest profiles and special requests, keep menus and wine lists current, resolve complaints, and assist with restaurant and hotel service. The role requires hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication, fluent English, alcohol-serving eligibility, schedule flexibility, and relevant certifications.
