The role involves chopping and preparing vegetables, stocking ingredients, checking food freshness, understanding portions, reading order tickets and recipes, preventing cross-contamination, and multitasking in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates need prior line-cook or similar experience, professional kitchen equipment experience, food-plating knowledge, health and safety understanding, physical stamina, and availability for required shifts including nights, breakfast rushes, evenings, and weekends.
