EVT is hiring a Breakfast Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a breakfast service and support lunch services when required. The role manages service standards, staffing, labour controls, compliance, guest complaints, revenue generation, and team development, with shifts generally starting at 6 am and requiring weekend and morning availability. Applicants need prior breakfast-team and high-volume service experience, people-focused leadership, strong guest-service and compliance skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and resolve operational issues.
