Description
The Breakfast Team Leader leads and supports the breakfast team in a restaurant, bar, or breakfast-related outlet, overseeing guest service, order taking, food and beverage delivery, service quality, guest satisfaction, team rosters, station setup, and inventory. The role also supports staff training and requires previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of food and beverage items including wine and cocktails, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
