The Brewer independently manages the full brewing process, including brewing, cooling, fermentation, filtration, tank operations, quality checks, automated brewhouse equipment, utilities, data entry, and hygiene. The role requires a diploma in a (bio)technical field or equivalent experience, an interest in beer and brewing technology, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule with occasional night shifts.
