Description
The Brewing Operator supports Genesee Brewery’s Brewing Department in Rochester, New York by assembling and maintaining brewing equipment, monitoring process controls, starting and operating machinery, sampling and testing products, cleaning and sterilizing tanks and lines, and following GMPs and safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 21 or older, computer and machinery skills, multitasking and troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to work day, evening, or overnight shifts, including overtime, holidays, and weekends. The starting pay is $21.01 per hour, increasing to $22.85 after six months and $29.10 after twelve months under the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
