Description
The Brewing Apprentice will operate beer production systems and equipment, manage brewing processes, maintain sanitation and plant safety, record process data, troubleshoot activities, and support lean manufacturing and quality improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying temperatures. The position offers a tiered hourly wage starting at $30.55 and progressing to $40.74 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, along with health, retirement, insurance, parental leave, and other benefits.
