Description
The successful candidate will lead and develop a dynamic team in the field of bridge and civil engineering in Munich, taking strategic responsibility for growth and fostering individual development. They will introduce fresh ideas, actively shape the construction site's setup, and drive expansion in road and rail sections of bridge and civil engineering. The role involves acting as a competent contact person both internally and externally, acquiring planning orders for the team, and collaborating on larger project acquisitions across departments. Additionally, they will take on leadership tasks for selected important projects and manage project controlling to ensure success in terms of quality, schedule, and finance.
