Description
Benesch is hiring a Bridge & Structures Intern to support conventional and complex bridge and structure design, load ratings, and bridge inspections. The internship is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office and includes hands-on design, analysis, and field work with mentorship from Project Engineers and Project Managers. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus from an ABET-accredited university; a master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus or plans to obtain one within two years is preferred. The role requires strong analytical, technical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with familiarity with AASHTO, IDOT, and ISTHA standards preferred.
