Journey Group’s SFC Civil Constructors division is hiring a full-time Bridge Construction Assistant Superintendent to support civil construction operations on projects. The role assists with planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor, materials, equipment, job-site organization, productivity, safety, inspections, and stakeholder communication while learning from experienced superintendents. Candidates need technical education or three years of work experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel in South Dakota, and physical ability to work outdoors for 8–12 hours per day.
