Arcadis is hiring a Bridge/Structural Engineer to support the design and delivery of bridge and transportation infrastructure projects across Tennessee. The role covers new construction, inspection, rehabilitation, and repair; structural analysis and design; development of engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and contract documents; coordination with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors; preparation of technical reports; and mentorship of junior engineers. Candidates need a civil or structural engineering degree, at least seven years of bridge engineering experience, a Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain one within six to twelve months, and experience with AASHTO LRFD bridge design, Bentley software, and structural analysis tools. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits and a salary range of $87,912 to $125,000.
