Saint Basil Academy is hiring a full-time Bridge Program Supervisor to lead and support young adults transitioning into independent living. The role oversees daily community living, manages and mentors resident advisors, collaborates with clinical and vocational teams, supports resident growth, and develops a pipeline of prospective residents. The position requires an associate degree in human services or a related field, or 3–5 years of residential experience, a clean driver’s license, and the ability to model professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
