The role leads bridge projects through all phases, managing proposals and contracts, work plans, budgets, schedules, quality assurance, billing, financial reporting, project staff, and issue resolution. Candidates must hold a New York State Professional Engineer license and have 8–15 years of bridge project management experience, including prior New York State Department of Transportation experience and work with local municipality and state projects.
