The role requires a civil engineering or related bachelor's degree, an Indiana PE license or ability to obtain one within six months, at least 10 years of bridge design experience, and proficiency with bridge analysis and load-rating software. Compensation is $120,000 to $194,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
