Description

The Assistant Director assists the Child Development Center Director in overseeing a child and youth program serving children from six weeks to 18 years. The role supervises staff, manages program operations, budgets, facilities, compliance, enrollment, reporting, customer service, and safety, and may assume the CDC Director’s responsibilities when absent. It requires at least 18 months of group-program experience, a relevant bachelor’s or advanced degree or equivalent education and experience, TIER-1 background checks, physical and immunization requirements, DoW training, and current food-handler, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
