Description
The Child and Youth Program Team Leader leads and mentors a team providing developmental care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, coordinating staff and field trips, maintaining safe classroom conditions, supervising team members, and serving as a mandated reporter. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant early-childhood or education training, and at least 12–18 months of group-program experience with children or youth, along with background checks, immunizations, physicals, and CPR and First Aid certifications.
