Description
The School Liaison serves as the installation representative for military families with preK-12 children, coordinating with public, private, home, and alternative schools; resolving education and logistical issues; representing the command at school boards and meetings; developing policies and programs; supporting school transitions; and preparing reports and briefings. The role requires a bachelor's degree in elementary, secondary, special, or education administration, knowledge of K-12 education and public or defense school systems, and four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Tier-1 Child Care (CNACI) background check must be obtainable and maintained.
