ISS is hiring a Chef for its FIFO mining villages in Central Queensland, with work locations including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, and Emerald. The role operates on a 9 days on/5 days off or 2 weeks on/1 week off roster and involves preparing meals, supporting food safety and WHS standards, managing stock, collaborating with the Head Chef, and mentoring junior staff. Applicants need at least 2–3 years of professional chef experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, food safety knowledge, and relevant medical, police, and working-rights documentation; FIFO experience is desirable.
