Keshet Group is hiring a Broadcast Control Room Operator to monitor broadcast schedules, maintain continuity, route and record live broadcasts, perform quality-control checks, edit programs, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with stakeholders. The role requires 24/7 shift work, including nights, Saturdays, and holidays, and involves up to five shifts per week. Candidates need broadcast systems or control-room experience, strong technical aptitude, computer-system proficiency, teamwork, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
