Required Previous Experiences: Five or more years of experience in television promotion, broadcast creative services, media production, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated success developing and delivering promotional campaigns for television, radio, streaming, or digital media.
Experience supervising and developing producers, editors, motion designers, or other creative professionals.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of video production, post-production, motion graphics, graphic design, and multiplatform delivery workflows.
Excellent project-management, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to set priorities and manage concurrent deadlines.
Experience with project-management and digital-asset workflows; familiarity with Monday.com or comparable tools.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and contemporary production tools.
