Penske Entertainment is hiring a full-time Broadcast Systems Engineer in Indianapolis to manage and maintain the IMSP control and technical rooms, install and repair broadcast systems, establish and quality-check audio, video, and data signals, support streaming equipment, manage field-shop shipping and receiving, lead on-site technical crews, and support event setup and execution. The role requires broadcast video production knowledge, familiarity with 2110 standards, test-equipment proficiency, technical leadership, and the ability to work in fast-paced live-event environments. Extended hours may be required during race weekends and key event periods, and limited travel may be required.
