Aboitiz Foods is hiring a hybrid leadership role combining farm operations, veterinary oversight, research execution, and external technical support. The role establishes and manages a broiler breeder research farm, oversees breeder performance and hatching eggs, leads feed trials and data reporting, manages veterinary and biosecurity programs, develops staff, and provides technical advisory, field engagement, training, and business support for the commercial feed business. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, 5–10+ years of broiler breeder operations experience, a PRC license, and a driver’s license are required.
