Description
The Culinary Associate prepares and cooks food at the Phoenician a Luxury Collection Resort Scottsdale, including portioning, chopping, storing, weighing, mixing, cooking, serving, cleaning, and monitoring food quality. The role requires following safety and security procedures, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing physically demanding work. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
