Description
The Broiler Manager directs and coordinates poultry grow-out operations, including scheduling live birds, managing contract producers, training supervisors and field technicians, monitoring flock health and plant efficiency, and coordinating supplies and performance issues. The role requires 5–7 years of directly related poultry grow-out experience, supervisory experience, computer skills, and typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
