Description

The Broiler Service Technician monitors poultry mortality, feed conversion, sizing, and scheduling; evaluates grower husbandry practices; tracks and analyzes bird mortality; maintains feed inventories; and provides recommendations to improve bird performance and reduce costs. The role serves as a liaison between the company and contract growers, may schedule and train employees, and requires a bachelor's degree in poultry science or a related field, 2–5 years of directly related experience, and a current driver's license with a good driving record. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and benefits begin after 60 days of employment.
