Pilgrims is hiring a Broiler Service Technician for its Natchitoches, Louisiana location. The role monitors bird mortality, feed conversion, sizing, and scheduling; evaluates house conditions; advises contract growers on practices that improve bird performance and reduce costs; tracks and analyzes mortality; maintains feed inventories; and may schedule and train employees. A bachelor’s degree in poultry science or a related field and 2–5 years of directly related experience are typically required, along with a current driver’s license and good driving record.
