Description
The Broista role serves customers at a Dutch Bros. West Valley shop by greeting customers, making drinks, fulfilling orders, educating customers about the menu, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and supporting the shift culture. The position requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, at least three shifts per week, English proficiency, cash-handling and mental-math ability, and the ability to meet physically demanding work conditions. Employees must obtain an Arizona Food Handlers Card, complete onboarding training, pass a Flow Test, and meet applicable background-check requirements.
