Description
WTW is hiring a Construction Broker to manage day-to-day placement and broking for North American construction accounts, including new business development, producer and underwriter relationships, coverage negotiations, quote evaluation, proposal and RFP support, and coverage confirmations. The role focuses on construction casualty insurance products and may include additional lines such as property, builders risk, and inland marine. It requires a P&C insurance broker license, 7–15 years of experience, construction casualty expertise, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and knowledge of insurance placement workflows. The base salary is $150,000–$175,000 USD annually, with an annual short-term incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
