Description
Navacord is hiring a Broker to review risks, develop strategic market approaches, and place commercial insurance accounts with appropriate carriers. The role involves building relationships with underwriters and clients, presenting technical insurance information, negotiating preferred terms, coordinating with account teams, and reporting placement results. Candidates need at least five years of experience in underwriting, broking, or senior account services, completion of a CIP, FCIP, or CAIB program, a Level II insurance license, strong communication and presentation skills, computer literacy, and excellent organizational abilities.
