HomeXpress is hiring a Broker Concierge in Broker Operations to serve as the primary liaison between brokers, Account Executives, and Underwriters. The role manages condition submissions, coordinates loan files through submission and closing, resolves bottlenecks and documentation issues, maintains LOS records, and ensures compliance with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of mortgage processing experience with a strong customer-service focus, knowledge of GSE, FHA, and VA guidelines, TRID and closing practices, loan origination-system proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
