TouchCare is hiring a Business Development Representative in Stamford, Connecticut to connect with brokers, benefits professionals, and prospective partners; research and personalize outreach; qualify prospects; generate meetings; nurture relationships; and support account executives and marketing initiatives. The role requires 2–5 years of sales, business development, or related experience, with B2B experience preferred, and is onsite five days per week. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 base salary, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
