HomeXpress is hiring a Broker Direct Specialist to conduct high-volume outbound calling with approved mortgage brokers and loan officers, generate lending opportunities, educate prospects, document activity in the CRM, and complete warm handoffs to Account Executives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organization skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn mortgage products and sales systems. It is an in-office, five-day-per-week position with a Monday-through-Friday schedule, competitive base compensation, and a performance-based bonus opportunity.
