HiBob is hiring a remote Broker Partner Manager to expand its employee benefits broker channel in the Americas. The role recruits and grows brokerage firms, producers, and client managers; develops partner engagement and pipeline strategies; manages partner accounts; coordinates with Sales and Customer Success; and leads external partner conversations. The position offers a base salary of $119,000 to $160,000 per year plus a 30% variable component tied to revenue targets, along with medical, dental, vision, equity, retirement matching, and other benefits.
