Expeditors is hiring a Brokerage Agent to support customs brokerage and logistics operations. The role focuses on accurate and timely processing of shipment and customs inputs, compliance with company and customer procedures, billing accuracy, KPI performance, customer service, document maintenance, professional communication, and escalation of issues. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Mexican Customs, Foreign Trade, or equivalent experience, preferably experience and knowledge in Mexican customs clearance, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer-service abilities.
