Description
The Brokerage Agent executes operational performance and customer service for international trade brokerage, monitoring KPIs such as DXR-to-LOG, LOG-to-ENF, billing, trade compliance, and customer document updates. The role requires timely shipper processing, carrier and customer communication, accurate billing, legal-document maintenance, issue escalation, and compliance with company controls and customer SOPs. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in foreign trade, US customs brokerage experience, customs clearance knowledge, customer satisfaction orientation, strong communication and computer skills, and English and Spanish fluency.
