Description
Savvy is hiring a Brokerage Operations Manager to own day-to-day brokerage operations from trade setup through settlement, including reconciliation, regulatory reporting, corporate actions, account and cashiering workflows, and quality-control processes. The role will build scalable processes, partner with Investment Operations, Legal & Compliance, and third-party vendors, and use AI and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy. It requires 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or fintech startups, along with strong process orientation, cross-functional collaboration, and experience building operations from the ground up.
