The Brokerage Post Entry Agent supports post-entry customs activities and projects, including post-entry submissions, corrections, refunds, protest and CAPE filings, documentation, customer communications, and invoice processing. The role requires knowledge of customs regulations, strong customer service and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage government and customer interactions. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and a customs brokerage license are preferred, while three years of import brokerage experience is required.
