Description
BRP is hiring a practicante for its Juárez 3 plant. The role is intended for active engineering students in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical engineering who have at least one year remaining until graduation. Responsibilities include administering Lean methodologies, tracking projects, preparing presentations and dashboards, completing reports, and delivering production training. Required knowledge includes Google Dashboard, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, and Lean Manufacturing methods such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
