Escrow.com is hiring a full-time BSA / AML Manager in Sydney to own and operate the platform’s BSA / AML / CFT compliance program. The role is highly hands-on and decision-making focused, covering transaction monitoring, suspicious activity escalation and reporting, enterprise-wide risk assessment, control design and testing, training, and collaboration with engineering, operations, KYC, customer support, banking partners, and regulators. The position is in-office at the Sydney CBD location and requires strong AML/CFT compliance experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, payments, escrow, or marketplaces.
