Description
The BSO Childcare Worker welcomes children to the after-school and holiday center, creates a relaxed atmosphere, listens to their stories, provides structure, leads age-appropriate activities, monitors the group, encourages cooperative play, and coordinates a varied program with colleagues. The role requires an SPW-3/4 or relevant mbo childcare qualification, a Stint BSO bus certificate or willingness to obtain one, Dutch language proficiency at level 2F, and enjoyment of working with children aged 4 to 13. The position offers a monthly salary of €2,641 to €3,630, health insurance contributions, a year-end bonus, holiday allowance, leave, training opportunities, and other employee benefits.
