ExcelPrep is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to support neurodiverse children aged 3–13 in an on-site Bloomington, Illinois program. The role implements ABA and direct-instruction plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavior and skill data, supports academic and functional instruction, monitors safety, and collaborates with teachers, therapists, families, and program staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, while college coursework or related experience is preferred; the position offers ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional growth opportunities.
