Hope Autism Clinic is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians in Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves working directly with children ages 2–8 with autism spectrum disorder, teaching using applied behavior analysis, communicating progress to families, tracking session data, supporting individualized communication and early-learning goals, and assisting with group activities. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background clearance; an RBT credential, related degree, developmental-disability experience, and enthusiasm for working with children are preferred. The hourly rate is $16–$18 based on experience.
